Margy is a non-profit professional with an eye towards creating social and economic opportunities, especially for women and girls.

With wide ranging experience across fields of development, business attraction, communications and marketing, educational accreditation, and operations and facilities, she has worked for diverse bodies including public economic development entities, medical professional associations, cultural institutions, and primary through post-secondary education.

In her spare time, she is a board member and state and national leader in several women’s service organizations.

She has a BA in French with a minor in history, where her interest in gender, cultural, and historical studies was solidified with thesis research directed by Rachel G. Fuchs, and an MPA in public budgeting and financial management.
