Limited MSI US and MSI Reproductive Choices team members will have access to your information to carry out their jobs, such as team members who maintain our mailing database.  

We may also engage with third parties to process information on our behalf such as FundraiseUp, the donation platform, use third party providers software and systems, and contract with external providers to conduct analysis on our funding streams and engagement. We will always ensure that our contract with them sets our expectations and requirements as to how they should handle your information.   

We may on occasion need to transfer your information to organizations located outside of the US. If we do, we will ensure that information is protected to a level which meets our standards.  

We may have to disclose your details, where required by law, to the police, regulatory bodies or legal advisors. We will never sell your information to third parties.
