Marjorie Newman-Williams

Marjorie Newman-Williams is an accomplished non-profit executive whose single-minded purpose is to advance reproductive rights and choice around the world by enabling women and sexually active adolescents to prevent unwanted pregnancies and gain access to safe abortion.

She is President of MSI United States and has extensive experience in human rights and international development. She has worked previously with UNICEF, PAHO/WHO, FHI 360 and Children’s Defense Fund. Marjorie is a graduate of the University of the West Indies and is originally from Jamaica. Her interest in trading a first career in advertising and marketing for international development was inspired by her early work in Jamaica alongside the Ministry of Health to launch national family planning and nutrition education campaigns.
