Neha Wattas, Director

Neha is an Innovation and Corporate Development executive at JPMorgan Chase. In this role, she leads strategic investments in global financial technology startups that are fundraising for their next growth phase.

Neha is a public speaker and a thought leader. In 2021, for example, she co-authored a seminal JPMorgan report titled Payments Are Eating the World, in which she predicts key themes for the next decade of commerce.

Neha feels called to do “shadow work”, i.e., making the unconscious, conscious in societies and individuals. In her workplace, for example, Neha advocated for raising awareness about micro aggressions, which led to changes that were implemented firm-wide. Neha also just completed a 1-year psychology program at the C. G. Jung Institute of New York, and plans to pursue formal psychoanalytic training next year.

Neha enjoys bridging the worlds of finance, innovation and psychology to create new futures. She is excited about bringing those perspectives to MSI to advance its mission of making reproductive choice possible for women globally.

Neha has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an MS from Carnegie Mellon University. She was born and brought up in India and currently resides in Old Greenwich, CT with her American husband.
