Poulami Banerji

Poulami has a wide-ranging background with over 8 years of experience in human resources, program management, operations and organizational development, and executive support and strategy.

Having worked for numerous USAID implementors and a range of progressive issue focused non-profits across program implementation, talent management and strategy, and service delivery, she brings a creative and people-centered approach to her work. Previously, Poulami spent time at RTI International, The Trevor Project, and Chemonics and is always looking for ways to be thoughtful, deliberate, and innovative to support her colleagues and in her own work.

Poulami received a BA in International Relations and Human Rights from American University and has lived in D.C. for over 12 years. In her spare time, she can be found biking around Washington, D.C. with her dog, Gus, playing volleyball or catching a drink with her friends, and getting involved in local organizing!
