Amanda Seller

Amanda joins MSI from Friends of UNFPA, where she served as interim CEO. She has worked in the social impact & humanitarian aid sectors for over 25 years.

Amanda has served a wide range of causes including homelessness, addiction, domestic violence, refugees & displacement, and reproductive health and has been a leader within UN and INGO organizations – based in London, Geneva, Copenhagen and New York. 

For more than a decade, she focused on resource mobilization & communications for the humanitarian sector. At UNHCR and at the IRC (International Rescue Committee) she delivered sector leading transformational change and growth. She led global teams, built international consortiums and partnerships, and worked across more than 35 countries.  
 
Amanda has a broad range of experience in strategic thinking and delivery, global partnership building, digital build-outs and transformation, high-value giving, innovation, communications, brand and media. She is a passionate supporter of collaboration and capacity building within the nonprofit and UN sectors and co-founded the IFL Forum in 2007: now a powerful consortium and driver of thought leadership for 20 of the world’s most significant INGOs and UN agencies.
