Around the world, our frontline teams are the first-line of defense for sexual and reproductive health and rights – but they’re facing anti-choice attacks.

Over the past few decades, we’ve made real advancements in expanding access to reproductive healthcare. But too often, extremist anti-rights groups with global reach have worked to undermine this progress.

We surveyed MSI’s 36 country programs to document the attacks they’re witnessing on sexual and reproductive health and rights in their context, as well as the strategies they’re using to hold the line.
