Since 1976, thanks to MSI’s donors, partners, and frontline teams more than 290 million women and girls have used MSI’s reproductive health services to choose their own futures.

The choice to use contraception or have an abortion supports girls to stay in school, women to pursue work, and communities to prosper. It’s improving health and wellbeing worldwide. These choices should never be denied; they should be a given. But millions of women and girls still don’t have access – and this isn’t good enough.
